Our Technology Centre is in Cambridge, a city at the forefront of science and technology.
A short distance from the city centre, our headquarters is home to our patented LOOP technology and state-of-the-art lab facilities. It acts as the central hub for our pioneering research and development.
Thanks to significant growth and investment, we have expanded and renovated our office to create a modern, functional, and inspiring place to work.

We know how important it is to have a good work-life balance. We also understand that flexibility means different things to different people.
We aim to provide a working pattern that suits the individual wherever possible. The office has typical hours, but we offer flexibility as standard and many of our team also work a hybrid pattern, balancing time between home and the office.
Our approach to flexibility also extends to contract variations to support your needs. For example, working parents could match work hours to school hours or have a term-time contract.
