HSEQ Manager
We are looking for an expert in the field of health, safety, environment and quality assurance to join our team. The role will ensure that Levidian operates in a safe, compliant and rigorous way – from the culture of the company to the procedures in place and adherence to them.
Responsibilities
This role will be accountable for ensuring that the strategic objectives for Health, Wellbeing, Safety, Environment and Quality are defined, monitored and achieved over time.
Defining strategy: Establish desired outcomes and a strategy for achieving them over time for all scope areas. To include process milestones and ISO compliance objectives.
Owning policies. Accountable for updating and maintaining health, safety, environment and quality assurance policies and processes.
Defining and monitoring key performance indicators: Define the measures required to achieve the strategy and mechanisms for tracking these indicators over time.
Raising standards: The role would ensure compliance with required compliance and ISO standards and then ensure we stick to and raise these standards over time. This will involve hands on support for our teams in our Cambridge Technology Centre in particular.
Candidate Requirements
The successful candidate will have experience in some combination of health, safety, environment and quality assurance roles. Health and safety must be a core part of this experience and have been gained in a manufacturing or industrial context.
We’re also looking for a strong collaborator who can work well as part of a team and across multiple individuals in the organisation.

Quality assurance and/or Environment
Working in teams
Working in an industrial setting
The following experience would be advantageous:
Gas safety
Electrical safety
Education and qualifications:
Relevant certifications and evidence of training such as NEBOSH certification.
Experience of specific electrical, mechanical and gas regs would be advantageous.
Audits: ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 experience with an internal auditor qualification.
Location and travel requirements
This role is based at our Technology Centre in Cambridge. We take a flexible approach to hours and understand you may have responsibilities outside of work - let us know how we can work together to accommodate them.
We anticipate very limited travel being required.
