Levidian to highlight graphene and LOOP technology at Green Auto Summit 2023

Levidian will be at the Green Auto Summit, taking place in Stuttgart, Germany from 24th-25th October.

The two-day show is the 4th edition of the summit which will see industry experts come together to tackle sustainable transport issues. Exhibitors include those driving forward technologies in e-mobility, charging infrastructure, and battery technology.

Levidian specialises in the sustainable production of high-quality graphene and hydrogen via our decarbonisation device, LOOP. Using waste methane as a feedstock, LOOP captures carbon in the form of graphene which can then be utilised to create longer-lasting products with increased performance.

Both graphene and LOOP have significant decarbonisation potential for the transport sector to reduce emissions and extend the lifecycle of vehicles.

As a Green Auto Summit exhibitor, Levidian will showcase how graphene could support a range of automotive components to increase longevity and maintain lightweighting. Application areas include batteries, composites, thermoplastics, and rubber.

About Levidian graphene

Levidian graphene is a product of our patented LOOP system. The carbon extracted via our process is locked into “bottom-up” graphene with no batch-to-batch variation. Levidian graphene is primarily offered as a few layer non-functionalised graphene (Levidian G3) and a dominated single layer non-functionalised graphene (Levidian G1) is also available. Our graphene products are sustainable and, when produced using waste gas, carbon negative. The Levidian Applied Technologies team can assist customers in developing dispersions and applications to meet specific needs.

About Levidian Applied Technologies

Levidian Applied Technologies (LAT) is our specialist team dedicated to developing graphene-enhanced products and solutions. Our experienced team can support with a wide range of product research and development requirements. Starting from the earliest evaluation stages, the LAT team works with clients to determine the most appropriate approach to utilising Levidian graphene. We can conduct extensive testing in-house and have experience working with other in-house and university-led research teams.
